John Deere Rear Bumper Bar and Hitch Kit For Z235 Z255 Z335E Z355E BM24481. The attachment bar and hitch kit provides towing capability for approved equipment. It also provides additional protection for the back of the machine. These components are also included with the 6.5-bu (229-L) rear bagger attachment to provide support and attaching capability.
NOTE: The loaded weight of any equipment towed by an EZtrak or a ZTrak Mower not to exceed 250 lb (113 kg). Fits EZtrak Z235 and Z255 models only (SN 130,001-) and ZTrak Z335E and Z355E. The Rear Bumper Bar and Hitch is an excellent rear bumper guard for my Z235. The bumper arrived as scheduled by UPS. It was easy to install and now provides a sturdy hitch to two anything behind the mower.
The two bolts toward the front of the lawn mower were very hard to install as there's no room for the wrench. Overall, the hitch kit looks and work great on my Z235 as I use it to pull the aerating machine and trailer.
